Positions and history
Choose the right record
Section titled “Choose the right record”- Positions shows current exposure and position metrics.
- Open orders shows resting orders and their remaining quantity.
- Order history describes order requests and their lifecycle.
- Trade history describes executions; one order can produce several fills.
- Funding and transfer records describe separate account movements or payments.
A submitted order is not necessarily a filled position. An order disappearing from the open list also does not, by itself, prove it filled; inspect the history and current position.
Profit and loss
Section titled “Profit and loss”Read the label and period next to any P&L figure. Unrealized position P&L and realized account results describe different things. Price-based estimates, fees and funding can affect the numbers. Missing or stale data should not be read as a confirmed zero.
When records look wrong
Section titled “When records look wrong”Confirm the market, selected account/margin mode, time period and current login. Refresh and allow pending operations to reconcile. For support, keep the request ID, transaction signature and timestamp, and explain which record differs from your expectation.
Do not resubmit an order to repair a history display problem. See Troubleshooting.
