Security and recovery
Protect account access
Section titled “Protect account access”Keep access to the email used for sign-in. Never share verification codes, wallet secrets or device passcodes. Confirm the complete recipient address and network before any withdrawal.
Where supported, the app’s Settings → Security offers biometric/device unlock. This protects access on that device; it does not reverse blockchain transfers or replace account recovery.
Wallet recovery message
Section titled “Wallet recovery message”If the app says the wallet needs recovery, stop using an old copied deposit address until you have confirmed the active wallet. Return to your account and follow the recovery controls actually presented by your build.
Recovery depends on the methods configured for your account and wallet provider. This handbook cannot promise that support can restore a wallet or recover access to a lost email. Contact official support for guidance without sending secrets.
Report suspicious activity
Section titled “Report suspicious activity”Record when it happened, the action, public request or transaction identifiers, and your app version. Use official support rather than accounts that contact you first. Do not approve an unfamiliar wallet request as part of a supposed refund or verification.
