Withdraw to an external wallet

External withdrawals use your wallet’s spendable funds. If funds are in trading, first transfer an available amount back to your wallet. Check that the recipient accepts the selected asset on Solana.

  1. Open Withdraw and select USDC or SOL.
  2. Paste the external recipient’s Solana address, or use the QR scanner if offered.
  3. Enter an amount within the current available balance.
  4. Review the recipient, asset, amount and any costs shown.
  5. Confirm and follow the request’s status until its result is known.

The maximum available amount can be lower than your displayed balance because of reservations or required costs. The server checks the amount again before submission.

A pending operation can block a new withdrawal. Return to the original request and use its recovery/retry flow. A slow response alone does not prove the transfer failed. Save the request ID and transaction signature for support.

This guide describes Solana withdrawals. Do not assume a deposit bridge also provides withdrawals to other networks.
