Troubleshooting
A transfer, withdrawal or order is pending
Section titled “A transfer, withdrawal or order is pending”- Open the original request or activity entry.
- Check its status and any public transaction signature.
- Use the original request’s recovery or retry control when offered.
- If the result remains unclear, contact support with that request’s details.
Do not create duplicate money movements because a screen is slow. A timeout can occur after submission. Funding locks can remain while the app determines the original result.
Balances or prices are unavailable
Section titled “Balances or prices are unavailable”Check your connection, selected account and sign-in state. Refresh and wait for a current result. Do not interpret an unavailable balance as zero or an old price as an executable quote.
Sign-in code fails
Section titled “Sign-in code fails”Check your email address, use the newest code, and wait for the resend timer. For repeated rate-limit errors, wait before trying again. Do not share the code.
An action is disabled
Section titled “An action is disabled”Read the nearby message. Common reasons include stale data, insufficient available funds, pending operations, setup requirements and unavailable service configuration. Changing app language does not change execution permissions.
Contact support if the message does not explain the next step. Include the version, time, action and request ID; redact private data.
